BBC’s Emma Louise Jones stars in superb ‘DM Helpline’ video after gross messages

BBC Sport presenter Emma Louise Jones has produced and starred in her own hilarious 'DM Helpline' video which offers up advice to social media pests.

Across her social media platforms, Jones is not shy about outing some of the crude and vile messages she receives, with some fans even creepily begging her to reopen her DM's so they can chat to her.

And she has even seen herself impersonated online too, which led the presenter to label the internet as a "strange place." Recently, Jones took to her TikTok account to upload her 'DM Helpline' video, which she shared across her other social media platforms.

The video features Jones taking calls from a fictional man called Michael, who is asking for some advice when it comes to chatting to women online. However, Michael's 'compliments' aren't quite as complimentary as they could be.

"Hello, DM Helpline, can I take your name please. Oh hi Michael! How can I help?" said Jones. She continued: "Susan, it's m**gy Michael, I can tell from his voice. You paid a woman a compliment on the internet and you've been ignored?

"Sorry to hear that Michael, what was the compliment? You said 'I bet you've got a nice m**ge'. Right, I don't think you should message this person again Michael. Oh you already have? What have you said?

"'Lob a t*t out'. Right ok, and what did they say when you asked them to 'lob a t*t out'? You've been blocked? Right ok, well look Michael, this is the 12th time you've called today and I can only repeat what I said to you earlier.

'I think it's wise to stop messaging strangers on the internet, referencing their m**ge and t*ts. No! Just no part of their anatomy Michael, no part of their anatomy at all!"

While the video provides a tongue-in-cheek look at how Jones feels about some of the suggestive, crude comments she receives online, the BBC Sport presenter has also previously shared experiences that have left her feeling worried.

In July, she revealed a man had repeatedly stopped her asking her for pictures whilst she was taking her puppy out for walks, which left her "uncomfortable."
