Colin Munro and the LA Knight Riders produced a commanding performance to seal second position in the standings and set up a playoff meeting against the Unicorns.

LAKR’s Strong Finish Secures Second Spot

The result means LAKR will enter the postseason as one of the top two teams. Their campaign ended on a high note thanks to the contributions of Colin Munro and Tromp, who combined to power the side forward at a crucial stage of the tournament.

With the regular season now complete, attention turns to the playoffs where LAKR will face the Unicorns in the first postseason fixture.

TSK’s Campaign Ends With Fifth Straight Loss

Meanwhile, Texas Super Kings suffered their fifth successive defeat. That result left them in sixth place on the points table, bringing their season to a close without a playoff berth.

The fifth straight loss confirmed TSK’s final standing and ended any mathematical chance of moving higher in the rankings.

The performance from Tromp and Munro proved decisive in lifting LAKR into second place.

This outcome leaves the Unicorns as LAKR’s next opponent when the playoffs begin. Both teams will now prepare for the high-stakes encounter.

• LAKR finish the league stage in second position
