Roston Chase has shared his thoughts on what lies behind West Indies recent success in the ongoing series.

The all-rounder pointed directly to preparations completed before the Sri Lanka matches.

According to Chase, a dedicated camp played a key role in shaping the team’s approach.

Team Unity Highlighted by Chase

Roston Chase explained that the camp brought everyone together in a meaningful way.

“helped us become closer as a unit”

This togetherness, he noted, formed the foundation for improved performances on the field.

Focus on Improving Strengths

Chase also stressed the technical and skill-based gains made during the same camp.

“improve our strengths”

The sessions allowed players to sharpen areas that directly contributed to match results.

West Indies have shown greater cohesion and execution since returning from that preparatory phase.

Chase described the extra effort put in by the group as essential to their current form.

The comments underline how off-field preparation translated into on-field results against Sri Lanka.
