It's safe to say Reading fans aren't happy these days with their owners these days.
A turbulent summer for the Royals has seen fans actively calling for change, with supporters keen to see the back of Chinese businessman Dai Yongge, who bought the club back in May 2017. Just a day prior to his arrival at the club, Reading booked themselves a place in the Championship play-off final, with hopes of returning to the Premier League.
However, they now currently sit in League One, have had points deducted for breaching financial regulations, and even faced a winding-up petitions too. So, when the Royals faced off against Bolton this weekend, fans took it as an opportunity to protest Yongge's ownership.

On 16 minutes, fans at the Select Car Leasing Stadium took it upon themselves to launch tennis balls onto the pitch, forcing the game to be stopped briefly. It even forced Reading's official Twitter account to tweet: "We ask fans to refrain from throwing items onto the pitch as it risks the game being abandoned."
And when play resumed, things got even worse for Ruben Selles side too, with Dion Charles opening the scoring for Bolton on 20 minutes. Due to their points deduction, Reading sat 22nd in League One prior to the game, despite having won two of their opening six games.

Thankfully, on 77 minutes, Royals supporters were finally given a reason to cheer on Saturday afternoon, when Charlie Savage, the son of Robbie Savage, scored an equaliser for Reading, pulling them back into the contest.
And not content to stop their comeback there, Reading then went on to win the match on 86 minutes through Caylan Vickers.
