but the saga will drag into the New Year if the deal is not finalised by Friday<\/h1>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Sir Jim Ratcliffe&#8217;s investment in Manchester United is still yet to be announced<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>Parties have been working to have the deal sealed before the Christmas break\u00a0<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>REVEALED on It&#8217;s All Kicking Off: Man United&#8217;s January transfer window plans\u2026 and how the Sir Jim Ratcliffe takeover will impact them\u00a0<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>An official announcement of\u00a0Sir Jim Ratcliffe&#8217;s 25 per cent investment into Man United could still be made this week, but the saga now risks dragging into the New Year.<\/p>\n<p>The Ineos billionaire is set to pay \u00a31.25 billion to secure a quarter of the Premier League giants.<\/p>\n<p>Ratcliffe\u00a0will purchase 25 per cent of the A-shares listed on the New York Stock Exchange as well as 25 per cent of the Glazers&#8217;
