Sky Sports F1 reporter Ted Kravitz was caught up in an awkward altercation with a young fan during his post-qualifying notebook segment, in which he was accused of being a Mercedes supporter.\u00a0<\/p>\n
Kravitz was discussing Mercedes’ disappointing start to the weekend, explaining that George Russell was slightly underwhelmed by his fourth-place grid position for Sunday’s race.<\/p>\n
As he was doing so he came across a young fan who had managed to get a selfie with the Mercedes driver and Kravitz duly welcomed him in for a conversation live on air.\u00a0<\/p>\n
The Sky Sports reporter asked the fan whether or not he was successful in capturing the photo. When the youngster showed Kravitz his snaps, the 49-year-old then pointed out that he did so with a Ferrari cap on.\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\n

I don’t like any of these teams.” The fan, however, wasn’t accepting this answer, adding: “Sky Sports UK… so often you support Mercedes.”<\/p>\n Kravitz felt the need to reiterate his stance, continuing: “No, I really don’t. I don’t care what any of these teams do, I’m just here to report on them.
