Kyle Walker’s cheated ex meets lawyers over £30m fortune amid love child

Kyle Walker’s ex is meeting with lawyers over her share of his £30m fortune.

Annie Kilner was left heartbroken after news emerged of the Manchester City star’s love child with model Lauryn Goodman.

The couple have three children together and are childhood sweethearts after being each other with 11 years.

But The Sun report that Annie, 27, has told close friends that the relationship is now over.

She has been meeting with lawyers in a bid to hammer out a settlement with the England ace, who has property, cars and other assets.

A source told The Sun: “Annie’s world has been turned upside-down. But she is determined to start again.

“She isn’t greedy. She just wants what is fair for her and their family.”

Walker’s seedy affair started last summer after a fling with Lauryn, both 29.

She is due to give birth next month, meaning the defender will become a father for the fourth time.

Lauren, whose younger sister Chloe appeared on Ex on the Beach and Celebrity Big Brother, proudly showed off her baby bump in her latest shoot.

Walker has been desperately trying to win back Annie but she is determined to leave him in the past.

She is keen for the courts to back her claim that she helped the former Tottenham star’s career.

However, the two never married which could mean she is only entitled to child maintenance.

A legal source told The Sun: “People assume that if you have lived with your partner for a number of years that the state will treat you as if you’re married.

"This is untrue. The only financial responsibility an ex will have is to the children.

"An order may put a roof over a mother’s head until their child turns 18.”

The couple’s £3.5m Cheshire home is in Walker’s name in the deeds and sources have told The Sun that Annie is prepared to go to court if he does not fork out a good enough financial deal.

Meanwhile, a source close to Annie told The Sun: “Kyle has been asking to come back home and give things another go.

"But I think she’s moving on so he’s wasting his time. She’s very hurt.”

Kevin de Bruyne gets creative for leg day at home in adorable Instagram post

Manchester City star Kevin de Bruyne is pretty determined not to miss out on leg day – even using his kids as makeshift weights while in lockdown.

Footballers across Europe are currently spending time in quarantine amid the coronavirus pandemic, which has affected roughly 450,000 people worldwide and forced countries into lockdown.

All English football has been put on hold until at least April 30, while Champions League and Europa League matches have been postponed indefinitely.

Premier League chiefs are determined to complete the 2019/20 campaign, nevertheless, and hope to resume proceedings in mid-May.

Top flight stars therefore need to keep themselves fit while self-isolating at home – and De Bruyne is using his two young children to his advantage.

In a hilarious Instagram video, the City midfielder lifts his two young sons – Mason Milian, age 4, and Rome, age 17 months – up on his legs in a creative home exercise.

“Creative legday with the kids,” De Bruyne wrote.

Fans were left in stitches at De Bruyne’s improvisation, with one replying: “Gotta stay in shape *laughing emojis*”.

  • Man City manager Pep Guardiola makes £920,000 donation to coronavirus relief efforts

Another said: “Now we know the secret to how he has rocket shots”.

One simply wrote: “MONSTER LEGS”.

While another joked: “No kids were harmed when filming this video”.

De Bruyne’s current boss Pep Guardiola has made a brilliant gesture amid the coronavirus outbreak.

The City manager has donated a staggering €1m (£920,000) towards the fight against the virus, which has killed over 20,000 people.

  • Raheem Sterling makes fresh Liverpool declaration when asked about possible transfer

The money, donated to the Barcelona-based Angel Soler Daniel Foundation, will be used to buy health equipment for use in the battle against coronavirus.

Guardiola’s donation was confirmed by the Official College of Doctors of Barcelona on Tuesday.

“Pep Guardiola has made a donation of one million euros to the Fundacio Angel Soler Daniel for the acquisition and supply of health equipment to deal with the COVID-19 pandemic,” they said.

“The fundraising campaign led by the the Official College of Doctors of Barcelona and managed through the Foundation, is aimed at obtaining cash donations from doctors who are members of the college and the general population to buy health equipment which is currently lacking in hospitals in Catalonia.

“It will also help to finance the alternative 3D production of respirator masks and other protective items for health workers.”

Man City ace Leroy Sane donates €500,000 to help tackle coronavirus

Manchester City star Leroy Sane has donated more than €500,000 (£451,000) to a campaign to help health services fight the coronavirus pandemic.

Sane has made the donation to a campaign called 'We Kick Corona' – which was started by German international team-mates Leon Goretzka and Joshua Kimmich.

The due pledged €1m between them – and now Sane has joined them to provide funds to help social workers and health services in Germany cope with the virus.

The money raised will go towards helping those affected by the killer disease – as well as provide new hospital equipment.

Bayern Munich ace Goretzka, 25, said: "As professional footballers we have all been leading healthy and professional lives, so we feel an obligation to accept responsibility in these difficult times.

"Giving and helping each other is the order of the day at this time. On the pitch we can beat anyone, but we can only beat coronavirus together."

Sane, meanwhile, has been linked with moves to Spanish giants Real Madrid and Barcelona this summer as his City future remains in the balance.

The winger has refused to sign a new and improved deal at the Etihad and remains determined to leave the Premier League champions.

  • Jurgen Klopp and Pep Guardiola compared by Germany defender Mats Hummels

But despite the interest from Spain, it is understood Sane remains determined to secure a move back to the Bundesliga with Bayern, provided both clubs can agree a fee.

Elsewhere in Manchester, United legend Gary Neville has confirmed that his hotels Hotel Football and Stock Exchange would be open to NHS staff as they look to combat COVID-19.

“I just wanted to update you with some news on GG Hospitality,” he said via the Hotel Football account. “We’ll be closing both our hotels over the weekend, in particular on Sunday.

“It’s obviously been a difficult time for the whole of the hospitality industry but the most important thing is the health of our staff and guests.

“We’ve taken this decision with that foremost in our minds.

“The second most important thing is our staff and team-members taking their income over the next few months.”

Man City ‘to let Sergio Aguero leave’ if Champions League ban is upheld

Manchester City will reportedly let Sergio Aguero leave if their two-year Champions League ban is upheld.

City are confident of keeping the majority of their squad together despite having been banned from European competition for two years.

The club are taking their fight to the Court of Arbitration for Sport after being found guilty by UEFA of breaching financial fair play rules.

But if their appeal is unsuccessful, City will be prepared to let Aguero leave in search of Champions League football, according to The Sun .

After this season, Aguero will enter the final year of his contract at the Etihad, and the publication says he will be treated as a special case – although there is no suggestion the 31-year-old Argentine wants to leave City.

While City are hopeful top stars like Kevin de Bruyne and Raheem Sterling will stay on despite the European ban, the club are aware that Aguero is approaching the end of his playing career at the highest level.

Should the striker stay at City and sign a new contract, he would be 34 the next time he could play in the Champions League.

Aguero has spoken of wanting to return to play for Independiente in his homeland once his career in Europe is over.

But given his status as one of City's ever players, it is understood the club would not stand in the way if he was offered the chance to play in the Champions League with another club before heading back to Argentina.

Man City coach Pep Guardiola hits back at critics of transfer policy at Etihad

Manchester City boss Pep Guardiola has hit back at critics of his transfer policy who say he spends too much money.

The Etihad outfit broke their transfer record in the summer when they signed Rodri from Atletico Madrid for £63m.

It ranks as the 23rd most expensive deal of all time, whereas their local rivals Manchester United are more willing to splash out bigger fees.

Harry Maguire became the world’s most expensive defender last summer when he joined from Leicester for £85m.

Previous to that, Romelu Lukaku was the biggest domestic transfer when he left Everton for £75m.

And Paul Pogba had held the title as the world’s most expensive player after he moved to Old Trafford for £89m from Juventus.

Guardiola , on the other hand, does not know whether City will go up to the same bracket in terms of spending this summer.

He said: “I don’t know it’s up to the club.

"When it comes to expensive players we are ranking 23 and 24 but the club has a bad reputation on that.

  • Pep Guardiola makes surprise Marcus Rashford admission ahead of Man Utd vs Man City

“They say, ‘That’s just Man City spending money’ but, of course it is not true. You just have to see the numbers.

“Maybe one day it will happen, maybe not. The important thing is to buy good players who fit in to the way you want to play.

“The important thing is to take all the information about the player to reduce the uncertainty of a player being at a new club.

“Manchester City didn’t spend that kind of money so far, but maybe in the future it will do it, so honestly right now I don’t know.

“It will depend on the market, the player we have, the players who stay, the players who are going to leave. Many, many things can be involved.”

City are in the midst of another successful season despite falling 25 points behind Liverpool in the Premier League.

After winning the Carabao Cup, Guardiola can still end the season with the Champions League and FA Cup.

They are 2-1 up over Real Madrid after a fine first leg performance at the Bernabeu.

And the Etihad outfit take on Newcastle at St. James’ Park in the FA Cup on March 21.

Man City set to open Kevin De Bruyne and Raheem Sterling new contract talks

Manchester City are set to open contract talks with star duo Kevin De Bruyne and Raheem Sterling showing that they intend to keep their best players despite a two-year ban from the Champions League.

Several Sky Blues players have been linked with moves away from the club in recent weeks following their heavy punishment from UEFA for breaching FFP rules.

Guardiola has always insisted that he, along with his players remain firmly committed to City.

But they have taken a huge step towards making that a reality, with multiple reports claiming that Sterling and De Bruyne are set to extend their stay at the Etihad Stadium.

It’s thought that discussions will opened with both players and their representatives in the coming weeks.

Sterling still has three years left to run on his contract, having signed a new five-year deal towards the end of 2018 worth up to £300,000-a-week.

The England winger admitted recently that his future remained an open book, with Real Madrid thought to be eyeing a move for the 25-year-old.

"No one knows what the future will hold,”he said. “I am a player and I am always open to challenges but right now my challenge is at City and I'm really happy.”

Meanwhile, De Bruyne, who joined City from Chelsea in 2015 before extending his deal in 2018 for a further five years, exactly like Sterling.

The Belgian playmaker is now widely regarded as the best player in the Premier League.

And City reportedly have a policy of handing new deals to their most important players, regardless of their current contractual situation.

Pep Guardiola’s assessment of Houssem Aouar amid Arsenal and Chelsea links

Manchester City boss Pep Guardiola reckons Lyon midfielder Houssem Aouar is the real deal.

The midfielder is one of the hottest prospects in Ligue 1 and has earned plaudits for a host of eye-catching displays.

He’s racked up seven goals in 30 appearances as we get towards the business end of the season.

Competition for his signature in the summer is expected to fierce.

Arsenal, Chelsea and Manchester City have all been touted as potential suitors.

Etihad chief Guardiola didn’t hold back when quizzed about the influential ace.

  • Barcelona boss Quique Setien insists 'obsession’ with Lionel Messi must stop

“He is incredible,” the Spaniard told Sky Sports.

“He’s always very calm with the ball at his feet, with an excellent technical quality.”

Despite the speculation, Aouar says he’s not considering his next move.

“I am not really thinking about it, I am more thinking about the weeks to come,” Aouar explained.

“They are going to be important for Lyon and for us. I have a fair amount to still bring to the team.

“I am trying not to pollute my mind and stay concentrated on the pitch.”

Aouar could be viewed as the long-term heir to Mesut Ozil at Arsenal.

Gunners boss Mikel Arteta has already hinted there could be some big some changes – especially if his side fails to qualify for the Champions League.

“The financial impact is enormous because Arsenal is structured to be in the Champions League,” he explained.

Mendy sings ‘Wonderwall’ with Gallagher as Man City celebrate Carabao Cup win

Benjamin Mendy was seen singing 'Wonderwall' with Noel Gallagher in the Wembley dressing room on Sunday afternoon.

It comes after Manchester City beat Aston Villa 2-1 to win the Carabao Cup.

It was the third time the Etihad outfit had won the competition in succession and the second trophy of the season.

City beat Liverpool on penalties in this season's Community Shield and they remain in the hunt for the Champions League .

The Premier League , however, looks out of sight with Liverpool 22 points clear at the top.

But that did not stop the celebrations, led by the charismatic Mendy and former Oasis frontman Gallagher.

Pep Guardiola has met the British popstar on multiple occasions at City matches.

Gallagher hugged the Catalan coach at full-time and he was given access to the Wembley dressing room after the match.

With the trophy present, him and Mendy danced in front of the squad singing along to 'Wonderwall'.

The 52-year-old is a regular fixture behind the scenes at City's matches.

He was also there last week when they came back from 1-0 down at the Bernabeu, cheering as the Premier League champions beat Zinedine Zidane's men 2-1.

This time, a trophy was landed in the process.

And after 30 minutes at Wembley, it looked like it was going to be an easy Sunday for Guardiola's men.

Sergio Aguero netted early on before Rodri scored a header from a controversial corner.

However, Mbwana Samatta netted following a slip from John Stones to give Villa hope.

Despite Dean Smith's side attempting to batter down the door, City held on to land the Carabao Cup and Guardiola was over the moon, insisting his team's success is unrivalled.

"Since we started to win, the last nine [domestic] competitions we played, we won eight," he told BBC Radio 5 Live.

Pep Guardiola’s touchline reaction after John Stones’ Man City mistake

Pep Guardiola is said to have “stormed to his bench” after John Stones’ mistake allowed Mbwana Samatta to hand Aston Villa a lifeline in the Carabao Cup final.

Manchester City had earned themselves an early 2-0 lead at Wembley, before Stones tripped over his own feet and sent Anwar El-Ghazi free down the left-hand side.

The Egyptian’s cross was then headed home by Samatta, sparking a fightback from Villa which nearly saw them grab an equaliser.

It is not the first time Stones has been at fault this season and Guardiola has certainly appeared unconvinced with the Englishman.

Despite Aymeric Laporte missing the majority of the season through injury and City failing to replace Vincent Kompany, makeshift defender Fernandinho and the equally error-prone Nicolas Otamendi have largely been preferred over Stones.

Having not featured in City’s last two games, Guardiola opted to hand Stones a start and was left fuming after his error, according to Gary Neville.

“John Stones makes a right mess of this,” Neville said while commentating on the game for Sky Sports.

“I’ve said he’s at a crossroads in his career where he’s got to stop making mistakes but he’s made a big one and it’s let Aston Villa back in this cup final.

“We were talking him up before the game but it’s difficult when you’ve been out for that long,” Micah Richards added when analysing the game at half-time.

Pep Guardiola ‘held talks’ with Barca boss Quique Setien to give Clasico advice

Barcelona manager Quique Setien has admitted that he may take a leaf out of Pep Guardiola and Manchester City’s book ahead of Sunday evening’s El Classico clash against Real Madrid.

The Sky Blues managed to expertly pull off an incredible 2-1 win at the Berbabeu this week in the Champions League.

And who was in attendance? None other than Barca boss Setien, who was scouting out his opposition in the La Liga this weekend,

Munro Deportivo report that he also stayed at the Eurostars Madrid Tower Hotel where Barcelona normally stay in the capital, and where City happened to be staying on Wednesday.

It’s also thought that Setien and his assistant Eder Sarabia held talks with Guardiola himself about how he managed to conquer Zinedine Zidane’s ‘Blancos’.

That could see Barcelona employ a similar system to that used by City on Wednesday, with Barca legend Guardiola opting for an off-the-wall ‘false 9’.

Setien has admitted that he “spied” on Guardiola, one of Barcelona’s most successful managers ever, and insists that he has been influenced by the Spaniard’s work at the Etihad Stadium.

“We get along. He has always been very cordial to me,” Setien told La Vanguardia. “While I was at Lugo, I visited him when I was a Barça coach.

“I like to chat with the technicians with whom I identify by their way of watching football or feeling it. Pep has always been a reference.

“The other day Gattuso said he had spied on me. Well, I can say that I spied on Guardiola.
