Queensland Oaks hopeful Media Award is under an injury cloud with Queensland Racing Integrity Commission stewards announcing they will re-vet the filly on Friday morning.
In a statement, stewards announced all Group 1 runners, with the exception of Media Award, had passed their regular inspections on Thursday morning.
The bargain buy filly who cost connections just $5000 is understood to be carrying a minor leg complaint.
Media Award – who jockey John Allen stayed in Queensland to ride – is rated a $8.50 chance by TAB.

The three-year-old is looking to win her second Group 1 in as many starts after taking out the Australasian Oaks in Adelaide a month ago.
It comes as trainer Chris Calthorpe went to significant lengths to ensure he could get the Group 1 winning galloper to Queensland following issues with Queensland Health.
Calthorpe’s Air Horse Transport business has been responsible for flying horses from Victoria to Queensland but were momentarily stopped in their tracks when it was announced the plane would not be allowed to land due to Covid-19 fears.
