A supercomputer has predicted that Liverpool will save their season and finish fourth in the final Premier League table.
BonusCodeBets have compiled a predicted set of league standings for the end of the campaign following the latest round of matches at the weekend. Those fixtures included a crucial win for Liverpool as Jurgen Klopp's side beat 10-man Newcastle United 2-0 at St. James' Park on Saturday evening.
As a result, the supercomputer has now tipped the Reds to finish above Newcastle in fourth place and claim the final qualification spot for next season's Champions League group stage.

Liverpool find themselves in eighth place after beating Newcastle, seven points adrift of Tottenham Hotspur in fourth place. Spurs are expected to finish sixth, though, despite moving into the top four on Sunday.
In the title race, Manchester City have been predicted to end the season as champions, even though they dropped back behind Arsenal at the weekend.
The Gunners leapfrogged their title rivals with a win at Aston Villa, before City were held to a 1-1 draw at Nottingham Forest. That result means Arsenal currently lead the way by two points and with a game in hand over the reigning champions.
Where will Liverpool finish in the Premier League this season? Let us know in the comments section below.
Manchester United are expected to come third, meanwhile, Brighton & Hove Albion are seen as the most likely side to finish seventh, ahead of Chelsea.
At the foot of the table, it is bad news for fans of Leeds United, Bournemouth and Southampton, who are predicted to occupy the relegation places come the end of the campaign. Sean Dyche's Everton are tipped to avoid the drop after beating Leeds on Saturday.
A BonusCodeBets spokesperson explained: "Arsenal’s loss against Manchester City and struggle against Aston Villa has resulted in the supercomputer predicting them to finish in second.
"Liverpool fans will be delighted to watch their team play under the Champions League floodlights again next season, with their humongous win against Newcastle proving to be a change of tide in their season.
"Sean Dyche will get Everton out of the bottom three sports come the end of the season, now the Toffees will be aiming to have more upsets like their 1-0 win against Arsenal."
