Former Manchester United star Kleberson has urged his former side to stick by Ole Gunnar Solskajer.
The Red Devils have failed to win their last three Premier League games, and they conceded four goals to Leicester City at the weekend.
United now face a tough run of fixtures that features two Champions League clashes, as well as games against Liverpool and Manchester City in their next six.
And Cristiano Ronaldo has reportedly recommended United attempt to secure the services of Zinedine Zidane.
However, Kleberson, Solskjaer's old teammate, has urged United to stick by the Norwegian due to his similarities with Sir Alex Ferguson.
"Even if Manchester United lose some of their upcoming games, Ole Gunnar Solskjær won’t get sacked," Kleberson explained to Paddy Power.
"I truly believe in Solskjær, what he has done with this squad, and the way he’s trying to build a strong team.
"Ole has tried a few of Sir Alex Ferguson’s tricks from his time as manager.
"If Manchester United change manager, it could be hard for some players to get back on track. They must keep things consistent.
“Manchester United have talented players in midfield and upfront, but their problem is the transition to defending.

"They simply don’t have the same quality in defence as they do further up the pitch.
"Their attacking players don’t track back and defend much, which gives the opponent an advantage.
“They need five or six good games, which with their current squad, they have the ability to do. Solskjær’s teams are always organised.
"Equally, if they lose two of the next six, it also doesn’t mean he needs firing. They must stick with their current philosophy.

“They need to work harder off the ball, and keep going because they have a top-quality attack."
