Manchester United players were heard screaming a key instruction that led to Bruno Fernandes scoring his second goal against Real Sociedad.
The Red Devils secured a 4-0 win against the Spanish side to take into the second leg of their Europa League round-of-32 clash.
And the Portuguese midfielder played a huge role, scoring the first two goals before Marcus Rashford added a third on 64 minutes and Daniel James struck in the last minute of normal time.
But footage from the second strike exposed an instruction which was overheard in the build-up to Fernandes' brace.
With 55 minutes on the clock – one before the net bulges – a player is heard yelling to James: "DJ, DJ, up the pitch!"
The Premier League side were looking to keep putting pressure on Sociedad's defence, having scored the first goal through a defensive error.
With Rashford playing a ball across the pitch a minute last, James is already ahead of full-back Nacho Monreal.
And it is his touch that sets up Fernandes for the second strike, confirmed after a lengthy VAR check.
United came into the Europa League clash after a run of three draws from their last five games allowed Premier League rivals Manchester City to edge further away.
But they jumped out of the blocks in Turin, firing a flurry of shots on Alex Remiro's goal in the first 20 minutes.
And the breakthrough came on 27 minutes, when Robin Le Normand clash with the shot-stopper and put it on a plate for Fernandes to slot home.

But it was all about the counter-attack for the second and third goals.
Having set up the Portuguese midfielder, Rashford latched onto a scything pass from Fred on 64 minutes to put the game out of sight for Sociedad.
And James managed to get in on the act with his first goal since the 9-0 win over Southampton, driving past two defenders before slotting into the back of the net.
