The Red Devils began the season in poor form and are three points outside the Champions League places as a result.
But in recent weeks United have looked a much better team, having convincingly beaten Derby, Club Brugge, Watford and Chelsea.
January signing Bruno Fernandes has spearheaded the resurgence, and the club are now on course to finish in the top four this season.

"They're starting to understand things and they've understood as a group that it wasn't going to be overnight where things are going to start working out.
