England forward Phil Foden has gone for a fresh new look, reminiscent of Three Lions great Paul Gascoigne as Gareth Southgate's men kick-off their Euro 2020 campaign on Sunday.
The 21-year-old has enjoyed a sparkling season at the Etihad, registering 18 goals as Manchester City lifted the Premier League and the Carabao Cup.
Foden has been named in Southgate's 26-man squad for the Euros and is expected to star at this summers tournament; with his new hairdo he certainly won't go unnoticed.
The Three Lions forward revealed his Gascoigne-esk barnet to his followers on Instagram with the caption 'Euro 96 vibes'.
The hairstyle was dyed and cut by Sheldon Edwards who also cuts the hair of fellow England players Raheem Sterling and Jadon Sancho.
It's not just Foden who was impressed with his grey locks, fans have flocked to Twitter to express their delight at the retro hairstyle:
'Wasn’t convinced on the Foden & Gazza comparisons, but now he’s dyed his hair I’m fully sold & it’s coming home!' wrote @Bissooouma

'I’m 100% behind Foden going full Gazza for #Euro2020,' tweeted @jakeashton_
Several fans are also anticipating a recreation of the 'dentist chair' celebration if Foden nets against Scotland.
At Euro 96 Gazza celebrated in style after scoring a spectacular second goal versus the Auld Enemy.
The 'dentist chair' resembled the Three Lions Hong Kong debacle where the squad had been pictured heavily drinking in their pre-tournament get together.
England's Euro 2020 campaign gets underway on Sunday against Croatia at Wembley Stadium.
