Gary Neville branded Ilkay Gundogan as a 'little dancer' after the German was in the right place at the right time to hand City the title.
Gundogan started on the bench for Pep Guardiola's side, but in an inspired change, the German found the net twice. And former Manchester United star Neville could barely contain his excitement when Gundogan bagged his second.
Neville, who was Sky Sports co-commentator for the clash, screamed: "Ilkay Gundogan, you little dancer!" It was a cheeky dig at his Sky Sports partner Jamie Carragher, who famously referred to Mohamed Salah as a 'little dancer' when on commentary.
Liverpool had one hand on the title as City trailed by two goals with less than 15 minutes remaining.
However, ten years after Sergio Aguero's famous strike, City were once again able to dig deep on the final day. Gundogan's two notches were accompanied by a sweet strike from Rodri, to wrap up a fourth Premier League title in five years.
Gundogan's second sparked bedlam inside of the Etihad, which just five minutes earlier had been flat and full of dread.

After the full-time whistle, Guardiola said: "Gundogan is the best runner in second positions that we have. He’s the best.
"Wow. We are legends. When you win in this country, four times in five years, is because these guys are so good. First one 100 points, second one in Brighton, the third without people and this one with people the best."
