Leeds United boss Marcelo Bielsa has been busy in the summer transfer window ahead of the new Premier League campaign.

Amari Miller, Sean McGurk, Jack Harrison, Junior Firpo, Lewis Bate and Kristoffer Klaesson have all walked through the door at Elland Road this summer.

But the Whites boss is still in the market for further additions as he seeks to build on last year's impressive first season back in the top-flight.

Time is running out for Bielsa though, as we enter the final four weeks of the summer window.

Daily Star Sport rounds up all the latest transfer news from Elland Road.

Whites handed transfer boost

According to BZ, Leeds have been handed a boost following a fresh development with striking target Matheus Cunha.

The report states that Cunha's club, Hertha Berlin, have lined up a big-bucks deal for Lyon wing wizard Maxwel Cornet.

The German outfit are looking to fund that move by flogging Brazilian star Cunha.

The 22-year-old has been tracked by the Whites this summer and now looks set to depart the Bundesliga side, despite contributing seven goals and six assists last season.

However, Leeds will reportedly face competition from the likes of Inter Milan and AS Monaco to snap up the hitman.

Damsgaard race heats up

Sport Mediaset are reporting that the race for Denmark star Mikkel Damsgaard is heating up.

The report states that Leeds are one of a number of clubs who have made contact with Sampdoria over Damsgaard.

Premier League rivals Liverpool, Tottenham and Aston Villa have also enquired for the 21-year-old in what looks set to turn into a big summer transfer tussle.

The winger dazzled for Denmark in this summer's Euro 2020 tournament, netting twice – including the stunning free-kick in their semi-final defeat to England.

The Whites and their rivals have been quoted a fee of £30m for the youngster as all parties ponder their next move.

Scottish youngster raid

The Daily Record are reporting that Leeds are one of three Premier League clubs interested in Kerr Smith.

The teenage Dundee defender made his debut in the SPL last year at the age of just 16 and is highly-regarded in Scotland.

Leeds are reportedly set to battle Crystal Palace and Southampton for the central defender's signature.

It's thought that Smith could be available for as little as £500k.
