Who is Mikel Arteta's wife?

Mikel Arteta's wife is Argentine-Spanish actress, television host and model Lorena Bernal.

She works in Spain and America and has appeared on CSI: Miami.

The Spanish model is also a beauty queen and was crowned Miss Spain in 1999 at the age of 17, she went on to finish in the top 10 of the Miss World competition.

Mikel and Lorena first met in 2002, and she reportedly didn't know that he was a footballer at the time.

After six years of dating, the couple got married in 2010 in a ceremony in Mallorca, Spain.

The pair now have three children together, Gabriel, Daniel and Oliver.

How much does Mikel Arteta earn at Arsenal?

It's been reported that Mikel Arteta agreed an annual salary of around £5million when he signed on for his first senior managerial role with the club in 2019.

However, Arteta signed a new three-year contract with Arsenal in May and it's believed to have come with a considerable pay rise.

The Sun reported that Arteta's new contract puts his annual Arsenal salary at a massive £8.3million a year, giving him a £3.3million pay increase.
