Jadon Sancho will train with his new Manchester United team-mates this week after an extended break away following the culnimation of Euro 2020.
The tricky winger penned a five-year deal at Old Trafford this summer, transferring from Borussia Dortmund for £73 million.
But so far he is yet to meet the rest of the squad having been entitled to a three-week break following his particpation with England at the European Championships.
The 21-year-old is due to report to training for the first time on Friday ahead of United's final pre-season match against Everton on Saturday afternoon.
Sancho has been holidaying in the Turks and Caicos Islands after a gruelling season with permission to miss both of Man Utd's training camps in Pennyhill Park and St. Andrews.
It remains to be seen whether Sancho is fit enough to take part in the Red Devils final pre-season fixture at Old Trafford but the wideman will only have a week to get up to speed before United's curtain raiser against rivals Leeds United.
With Turks and Caicos on the green list, Sancho should not have to quarantine when he jets down in the UK and will therefore be available to Ole Gunnar Solskjaer for selection at the weekend.
And the United boss will be hoping that his new multi-million pound signing is ready to head straight into the action.
