Every Prem club’s most important player – and which rely too much on one man

A study has revealed every Premier League club's most important player, therefore showing which teams rely the most on one man.

The quality of the English top flight is at an all-time high and the competition at both the bottom and the top of the table is intense.

Regardless of their position in the league, each club has a talisman who they look to as their main source of goals and assists – though some rely on that individual more than others.

Research from British Gambler has shown just that by looking at who contributes to the highest percentage of their team's goals.

Relegation-threatened Norwich top the list as the team who are most reliant on one individual player.

They've only managed a measly eight goals this season, with striker Teemu Pukki having been involved in five of them.

They are closely followed by fellow strugglers Watford, who have Emmanuel Dennis to thank for contributing to 13 of their 22 strikes.

The red-hot Salah has registered 16 goals and nine assists so far this campaign, which equates to just under half of all of the Reds' league goals.

Now he is on international duty at the Africa Cup of Nations, that figure will fall with other stars set to take the burden.

With Harry Kane not firing to his potential since last summer, Son Heung-min has stepped up for Tottenham with 11 goal involvements out of their 23 finishes.

Towards the bottom of the list, Chelsea and Manchester City once again show their depth in attacking strength.

The reigning European champions has shared their 45 goals around their team quite well, with Mason Mount (26.67%) contributing the most of anyone.

And the reigning Premier League champions are the team least reliant on one player out of the 20.
