All England players and staff have tested negative for Covid-19 ahead of their clash with Czech Republic – settling fears among fans following Scotland midfielder Billy Gilmour's positive test on Monday.
Gilmour, who was named Man of the Match in Scotland's bore 0-0 draw away at England last Friday, has been ruled out of Scotland's final Euro 2020 group outing against Croatia on Tuesday night after returning a positive coronavirus test.
The Chelsea star is now set to isolate for the next 10 days, meaning he will also miss their potential last-16 tie should they beat Croatia and progress to the next round.
While Scotland insist no other members of the squad have been deemed close contacts, fears quickly grew amongst England fans that Gilmour may have spread the virus to some of Gareth Southgate's key men.
And those concerns escalated when a picture of the Scotland youngster hugging Chelsea team-mates Ben Chilwell and Mason Mount after Friday's match resurfaced on social media.

However, the Three Lions faithful can breathe a sigh of relief, as the FA have confirmed that all 26 England players and the coaching staff have tested negative for Covid-19 ahead of Tuesday's meeting with Czech Republic.
Southgate will therefore have a full squad to choose from in the final Group D outing, with a win required to secure top spot.
Gilmour's positive test comes as a major blow for Scotland, who need to claim victory against Croatia if they are to reach the next round.
The 20-year-old produced a masterful display at Wembley on Friday night, earning praise from the likes of Patrick Vieira and Jose Mourinho for his performance.

And fans were quick to joke about the reason no England players have tested positive for Covid-19 on Twitter.
One put: "The England players don't need to worry about being in close contact with Billy Gilmour, they couldn't get f****** near him."
While another said: "Nobody in the England midfield tested positive for Covid as none of them could get within 2m of Billy Gilmour."
