Amad Diallo again played a starring role in Manchester United's U23s as he showcased his talents.
The Ivorian, who joined from Atalanta, was signed in the summer and much is expected of him.
Ole Gunnar Solskjaer has opted to start Diallo off with United's U23s before bringing him into the first team.
But with another impressive performance it may not be long before he receives the call.
Diallo scored and assisted three as United saw off Blackburn Rovers 6-4 on Friday night.
It comes just a week after the teenager scored a brace in a win over Liverpool, with one of his strikes coming courtesy of an audacious panenka penalty.
Diallo carried that form into the Rovers win and produced some excellent skill out on the right as he chipped the ball to Hannibal Mejbri between two defenders to set United on another late attack.
Fellow youngster Joe Hugill also got on the score sheet while Shola Shoretire bagged himself a hat-trick.
Solskjaer has hinted that Hugill is in line for his first team debut before Diallo gets his shot.
But already the United boss is planning for the Ivorian's first game having previously discussed where he envisages him fitting it.
“I think he [Amad] is comfortable in many positions,” he said.
“Right-wing is probably the position he’s played the most, with his left foot coming inside.
“Then again, in the Champions League for Atalanta, he played on the left – he cut inside and he went outside, so he can play different positions for us.
“Let’s give him time to find his feet here in England and we’ll hopefully see him soon.”
United already have a host of attacking options battling for starts.
Bruno Fernandes is a regular in the no 10 role while Marcus Rashford, Mason Greenwood, Anthony Martial and Edinson Cavani eye the other forward positions.
