David Beckham’s £62m property empire including Miami, Dubai and the Cotswolds

With an estimated net worth of over £350million, it should come as no surprise that former Manchester United star David Beckham has invested some of his vast wealth into stunning homes around the globe.

These days, the boy from Leytonstone boasts a property portfolio that stretches all the way from Dubai to the Cotswolds, and plenty more spots in between.

Together with Spice Girl wife Victoria, they are one of the highest-earning celeb couples, with "Brand Beckham" ensuring the money just keeps on rolling in.

Daily Star Sport have taken a look at how some of that money has gone on expensive property, starting with their latest purchase in Miami.

Miami home – £20million

Brand Beckham's latest addition to their property portfolio is a stunning Miami apartment in One Thousand Museum high-rise.

The luxury block, which is 700ft tall and offers breathtaking views of the Atlantic Ocean, was designed by late British-Iraqi architect Zaha Hadid, who also planned the Olympics Aquatic Centre in Stratford.

London Holland Park home – £31.5million

They might be global celebrities, but David and Victoria still spend plenty of time in the UK. And when they're in London, they often make use of their gorgeous seven-bedroom house in Holland Park.

Bought for a cool £31.5million in 2013, the property has a host of interesting features, including a playroom, gym, spa area and salon-style room.

According to The Sun, the couple have spent an estimated £8million on alterations to the house, and enlisted the help of top interior designer Kelly Hoppen, before replacing her with Rose Uniacke.

It contains all of the features you might expect of a traditional property in the Holland Park area and has a wrought-iron canopy at the entrance with black and white tiles.

Cotswolds home – £6.15million

Sometimes it's just nice to just get away from the hustle and bustle of things. For the Beckhams, that's possible thanks to the their rustic Cotswold retreat.

Purchased in December 2016 for a reported £6.15million, the Grade II-listed farmhouse has since been converted into a sprawling mansion-like building.

The inside of the building contains all of the creature comforts you might expect from a property in the Cotswolds, including an enormous roaring fireplace for those cold winter nights.

Outside there's a plunge pool that sits alongside their country barn conversion, while there's also a tennis court, football pitch and swimming pool on the grounds too.

Dubai Burj Khalifa apartment – £4million

David and Victoria Beckham are also understood to have previously bought a pair of luxury homes in Dubai – one of which is in the famous Burj Khalifa.

Goldenballs bought the property in the world's tallest building in 2009, and is still believed to own it now. Unlike their other homes, pictures from inside the bolthole are few and far between.

According to Times of India, Beck and Victoria purchased the apartment for around $5million (£4million).

Palm Jumeirah villa – £1.3million

Why have one Dubai property when you can have two? The former Real Madrid man is reported to have bought the Palm Jumeirah villa for £1.3million in 2002, but Now magazine claims its value rose to around £8million by 2008.

It was also previously reported that he gifted the home to Victoria's parents Tony and Jackie, although Victoria shared a picture from inside the complex in 2020, suggesting they still have access to it.

French 'Beckingham Palace-sur-Mer'

The Beckhams put their luxury South of France mansion up for sale in 2016 after reportedly only visiting it on a handful of occasions.

Victoria lamped out £1.5million on the 18th century property, near the gorgeous Cote d-Azur region, in 2003. It is alleged she then spent a further £5million renovating the posh gaffe.

Once dubbed Beckingham Palace-sur-Mer, the six-bed home has state of the art facilities, at least four bedrooms and an infinity pool.

The sprawling retreat was put up for sale in 2016, although it is unclear if, or when, the Beckham family managed to sell it.
