Chelsea transfer chief Marina Granovskaia is still on the lookout for more summer signings as the west London club go in search of their first Premier League trophy since 2017. Chelsea have already been boosted by the mega-money signing of Romelu Lukaku, who returned to Stamford Bridge earlier this summer.

The Blues are rapidly building a squad which is capable of competing with the best in Europe.

And they look set for a big season after their Champions League success last time out.

With the transfer window set to close at the end of the month, Express Sport looks at four players Granovskaia could bring to the club this summer.

Jules Kounde

Chelsea have been chasing Jules Kounde all summer and Granovskaia will be doing all she can to get the deal over the line.

Kounde is the most likely on this list to make the move to west London, with Chelsea making no secret of their desire to land the defender.

The Blues have apparently offered Sevilla a number of players in return for Kounde, but the Spanish club are holding out for Chelsea to meet the player’s £68million release clause.

There are now also doubts as to whether Thomas Tuchel is as keen to land Kounde as he previously has been, with 22-year-old centre-back Trevoh Chalobah impressing in last Saturday’s Premier League victory over Crystal Palace.

Saul Niguez

Saul Niguez is apparently keen on a move to England and Atletico Madrid have reportedly offered the midfielder to a number of Premier League clubs.

Chelsea are already blessed with an abundance of midfield talent to protect their back four and the player may not be able to offer the side anything different to what they already possess.

Saul’s representatives are thought to have already held talks with Manchester United and Liverpool this summer, so a move to the north west may be more likely for the 26-year-old.

Aurelien Tchouameni

Chelsea are said to be unsure about whether they definitely want to bring in another midfielder this summer and will likely wait till the eleventh hour to make up their mind.

But they may prefer to agree a deal for Aurelien Tchouameni instead of Saul if they go down that route.

At 21-years-old, Tchouameni is a lot younger than Saul and could also be available for a cut-price if Monaco don’t qualify for the group stages of the Champions League.

The Ligue 1 side lost the first leg of their qualifier against Shakhtar Donetsk and could be willing to allow Tchouameni to exit if they don’t overturn their deficit.

Chelsea have apparently jumped above Manchester United in the race for the midfielder but no serious offer has come forward from the Blues as of yet.

If Chelsea are to sign Tchouameni, it appears it will come very late in the day.

Eduardo Camavinga

Chelsea have apparently already been in contact with Eduardo Camavinga’s agent this summer but he clearly hasn’t jumped at the chance to move to Stamford Bridge.

The 18-year-old midfielder is viewed as one of the biggest talents in Europe and is apparently also attracting attention from the likes of Real Madrid and Manchester United.

Camavinga is out of contract next summer and may bide his time and wait for a move to Spain instead.
