According to The Sun, Chelsea are yet to agree new terms with Rudiger, Christensen, Silva and Azpilicueta.

Therefore, the club are drafting up a list of potential replacements, should the current cohort leave Stamford Bridge at the same time.

Bremer is reportedly fronting up the list, as Tuchel and his coaching staff view the 24-year-old as a valuable asset.

The Blues sent scouts out to watch the defender in action against Empoli last week and were said to be impressed the ‘power’ he displayed on the pitch.

However, Chelsea will have to battle it out with Tottenham, West Ham and Liverpool to sign Bremer.

The 24-year-old was heavily linked with Jurgen Klopp’s last season as the then-champions were in the midst of a defensive crisis. However, the Reds boss moved for Ben Davies and Ozan Kabak and Bremer stayed in Turin.

Nevertheless, Liverpool have reportedly retained an interest in Torino defender and could look to make a move in the summer.

As it stands, Bremer’s deal at Torino is set to expire in 2023. The Italian side paid just £5.2million for the Brazilian’s services and will be looking to make a profit off his sale.

Bremer has thrived in Italy after joining Torino on a five-year deal back in 2018 from Brazilian club Atletico Mineiro.

He made 33 Serie A appearances last season as Torino finished just four points above the relegation zone in 17th.

Bremer has continued his fine form this season, picking up interest from all over Europe.
