Chelsea could have an answer to their Antonio Rudiger transfer dilemma, as West Ham are eyeing a move for the defender. Chelsea have received a loan offer from Paris Saint-Germain, but want to sell the star permanently to fund a move for Declan Rice.
Rudiger continues to be frozen out by Frank Lampard at Chelsea.
The defender hasn’t featured this season, and was left out of the side to face West Brom on Saturday evening.
After Thiago Silva’s arrival at the club, Rudiger’s place in the first-team squad appears to have been taken, with little chance of him clawing his way back into the side.
Chelsea are also keen to sign Rice from West Ham before the transfer window closes, and could be on the verge of making a bid in excess of £40million.

The Hammers are reluctant to sell, but have now taken an interest in Rudiger.
David Moyes wants to sign a new centre-back this summer after a poor start to the season, but saw three bids for James Tarkowski rejected by Burnley.
Leicester now appear ready to step in and sign the Englishman, leaving West Ham without options.
However, The Sun claims Moyes now wants to explore a move for Rudiger.
West Ham are reportedly ready to take him on loan for the season, with the commitment that they are willing to pay a significant amount to keep him permanently after.
That could allow Chelsea to then make their move to bring Rice in from the Hammers.
Rudiger himself is said to be open to leaving Stamford Bridge as he is keen to get significant game time before Euro 2020 next summer.
The German centre-back has been the subject of interest from PSG, but the Blues are still considering the bid as they want to raise some funds.

Rudiger’s replacement at Chelsea, Silva, had a poor game at the Hawthorns on Saturday evening as the Blues had to come back from 3-0 down to earn a point.
The Brazilian veteran made a vital mistake leading to Callum Robinson’s goal, but speaking after the game Lampard backed him to come good.
He said: “Thiago Silva is going to be fantastic for us. He has been incredible in his career and absolutely, I will not look at him.
“I can talk about the mistakes, they are clear and I am open and honest about that.

“We are a team but we have to react around that and, to be fair, the team did in the second half.
“But, there is nothing on Thiago, I am sure he will stand up and say it was a mistake. But other than that, I thought he was pretty faultless in the game.
“That’s his first Premier League game done and in the bank.
“We will get a lot more from him as well especially as he gets fitter and as the whole squad get fitter.”
