Champions League draw: Chelsea, Man Utd, Liverpool & Man City learn their groups

Chelsea will meet Juventus in the Champions League group stage, while Manchester City will play Paris Saint-Germain.

Elsewhere, Manchester United will face Villarreal, who beat them in last season’s Europa League final, as well as Atalanta and Young Boys in Group F.

Liverpool have been drawn in a tough Group B alongside Atletico Madrid, Porto and AC Milan.

Barcelona are without Lionel Messi in the Champions League for the first time since 2004 and have been placed in a tricky Group E alongside Bayern Munich.

Real Madrid will be hoping for a better run under Carlo Ancelotti this year after ending last season without a trophy and they will face Italian champions Inter in Group D.

The group stage could also stage a potential reunion between Lionel Messi and Cristiano Ronaldo as PSG face Manchester City, who are currently in talks to sign Ronaldo from Juventus.
