Arsenal are expected to sanction of a number of incomings and outgoings this summer as Mikel Arteta eyes a route back into Europe next season.
Arteta endured a miserable first full season at the Emirates last term, becoming the first Gunners boss to miss out on European qualification since 1996.
The north London club's eighth-place finish saw them fail to secure Europa League football for next season, meaning they will instead focus entirely on domestic competitions.
Reports suggest Arteta is looking to bolster his squad to avoid a repeat of that shortcoming in 2021/22, and Daily Star Sport are on hand with the latest Arsenal transfer developments below.
Locatelli bid submitted
Sassuolo midfielder Manuel Locatelli is gaining plenty of admirers amid a string of impressive displays for Italy at Euro 2020.
And according to Italian outlet Gazzetta dello Sport, Arsenal have already submitted an 'important offer' for the 23-year-old this summer.
Sassuolo are said to be demanding £34million for their star man, with the Gunners facing competition from Juventus and Borussia Dortmund for his signature.
Juve appear to be leading the race for Locatelli, nevertheless, who is set to make a decision once his Euro 2020 campaign has drawn to a close.

He told Norwegian channel TV 2: "Real Madrid have been clear that they would like me back. So then it will be time to go there when the training starts up again."
Inter eye Bellerin

Bellerin reportedly wants to leave Arsenal in the upcoming transfer window, setting his sights on a potential return to Spain.
Atletico Madrid, Villarreal and Sevilla have been tipped to prise him away from north London, but Inter are also said to be in the running.
