Arsenal have reportedly made a new offer for Fiorentina striker Dusan Vlahovic and want to sign him in this window. Arsenal are said to be willing to offer Lucas Torreira as part of the transfer, with the midfielder currently on loan at the Serie A club. The Gunners were claimed to have an offer for the striker rejected by Fiorentina last month.
Vlahovic had a sensational 2021 in front of goal for Fiorentina.
He has scored 16 goals in 19 Serie A matches so far this season to add to the 21 he registered last term.
Arsenal are in need of a striker, with doubts over the futures of Alexandre Lacazette, Eddie Nketiah and Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang.
Lacazette and Nketiah are out of contract in the summer, whereas Aubameyang has been frozen out after being stripped of the captaincy in December following a disciplinary breach.

Vlahovic appears to be a top target for Gunners boss Mikel Arteta.
The Serbia international has rejected all offers of a new contract at Fiorentina, with his current deal set to expire in 2023.
And Arsenal are looking to take advantage and pounce on his signature this month.
Italian outlet Gazzetta dello Sport claims the north London club have made an offer of around £46million (€55m) plus Torreira to sign the striker ‘immediately’.

Arsenal value Torreira at £12.5m, which would take the total offer to £58.5m (€70m).
Torreira is currently spending his second season out on loan and has made 16 league appearances for Fiorentina so far this term.
The report claims Fiorentina chiefs are considering Arsenal’s offer.
Fiorentina currently sit seventh in Serie A and losing Vlahovic now would dent their hopes of European qualification.
But the player’s value will only decrease the longer he rejects offers of a new contract.
Arsenal themselves are hoping to gain European qualification this season after missing out altogether last term.
The Gunners currently sit fourth in the Premier League as they aim to reach the Champions League for the first time since 2016.
Vlahovic spoke recently about his future and insisted he wanted to stay at Fiorentina for the remainder of the season, though admitted things could change quickly.
He told Politika: “I have stated this several times so far. A beautiful football story is being made here in Florence.
“We have a good team, great football players, great support from the fans. It all deserves respect.
“Only God knows what will happen in the next period. My wish is to bring Fiorentina to Europe, because we have not been in Europe for a long time.
“I don’t know what can happen overnight. We’ll see.”
