The Cleveland Browns agreed to terms with cornerback Denzel Ward on a five-year, $100.5 million extension through the 2027 season, NFL Network Insider Ian Rapoport reported Monday, per sources. Ward’s contract includes $71.25 million guaranteed
Ward was selected fourth overall by the Browns in the 2018 NFL Draft. In his first four seasons in Cleveland, the two-time Pro Bowler started 51 of 52 games played, recording 10 interceptions, two pick-sixes, 0.5 sacks and 50 passes defensed.
