Paul Craig vs Jamahal Hill wasn’t the most highly anticipated fight of the night but it certainly produced one of the most memorable moments at UFC 263.
The light-heavyweight showdown was just over a minute old when Craig locked in a nasty armbar and proceeded to torque it so hard that it looked to have snapped his opponent’s arm.
With a triangle choke also applied the commentators were left calling for the referee to end the fight with Hill’s arm having gone completely floppy.

Hill did not tap but the official did eventually step in to put the American out of his misery as Craig continued to land strikes on the ground.
He could then be seen having to hold the the dangling arm up as the official result was announced before making his way to the back.
Joe Rogan would later announce that the arm had actually been dislocated and was popped back into place.
And Scotland’s Craig was rewarded for his savage finish as he picked up the Performance of the Night award, which brings with it a bonus of $50,000.
