  • UFC Boss Dana White has issued a foul-mouthed response to online criticism
  • White has been slammed after gifting Youtuber Kyle Forgeard $250,000
  • The money was handed over in a video online as Forgeard celebrates turning 28
  • The 52-year-old has been blasted for underpaying some of his UFC fighters

UFC boss Dana White has slammed people for criticizing his birthday gift of $250,000 to YouTube star and friend Kyle Forgeard, telling people to mind their ‘own f***ing business’.

White’s detractors were quick to point to the long-standing debate surrounding underpaid UFC stars as he gifted a quarter-of-a-million dollars.

In the video, Forgeard is seen unwrapping a box in front of White before lifting out a clear bag containing the huge sum of money.

Forgeard is a member of the Nelk Boys – one of Youtube’s biggest channels with over 7million subscribers tuning in for their viral prank videos. They have developed a close relationship with White and are usually cage side for most big UFC fights.

The 28-year-old reacted with disbelief and was clearly stunned by the gift presented to him by the UFC boss, reacting by saying: ‘No, holy s***.’

As the video was pushed out to Forgeard’s 2.4million Instagram followers, other social media users quickly started to target White for gifting his friend more money than he pays some of the UFC fighters on his roster.

Disputes involving high-profile fighters such as heavyweight champion Francis Ngannou and the issues surrounding athletes lower down struggling to make ends meet added more fuel to the fire after White’s birthday gift was made public.

White has recently come in for heavy criticism from high-profile figures such as Jake Paul

One Twitter user insists White is screwing over his UFC fighters with insufficient amounts

Another mocked up an alternate response from White, claiming the UFC boss exploits fighters

One Twitter user insisted White was ‘screwing his own fighters with less money’ while paying famous YouTubers more.

Another user joked an alternative response from the 52-year-old, saying ‘I’ll exploit my fighters however I want’.

One response to the video insisted White’s present wouldn’t have been so badly by UFC supporters if he ‘paid his fighters a reasonable amount’, while another posted an image of the UFC chief edited to resemble a clown.

White has never shied away from the public and refused to do so on this instance as he issued a foul-mouthed response to online critics, saying:

‘Let me set this record straight. First of all, all these people on the internet, go f*** yourselves. Ok.

‘I spend my money however the f*** I want to spend my money. Mind your own f****ng business,’ he said.

‘No. 2, if you look at what Kyle and the Nelk Boys have done as far as how they’re handling and a lot of other things that they’ve done, those kids have never asked me for anything, ever.

‘They’ve never asked me for anything, and they couldn’t be better people. Kyle has done so many things for me.

‘Believe me, the $250,000 that I gave him for his birthday, it does not cover the amount of things that kid has done for me.’
