Conor McGregor says he wants to ‘kill’ one of his UFC rivals as the Irishman sent a dark message to Tony Ferguson in a since-deleted tweet.
McGregor, 33, is currently sidelined after breaking his leg during his UFC 264 defeat by Dustin Poirier last summer, with the former two-weight world champion holding a record of three defeats in his last four UFC outings.
The Notorious has been embroiled in rows with rapper Machine Gun Kelly and an Italian DJ while out injured, and on Friday the 33-year-old posted a series of lamentable tweets targeted at lightweight rival Ferguson.

Only on PPV,’ McGregor wrote on Twitter.
McGregor also taunted Ferguson’s mental state, labelling him a ‘mental basket case’ amid allegations that El Cucuy left his wife in fear following a manic episode.
UFC fans responded negatively to the Irishman’s latest outburst, criticising the former fan-favourite for his tweets aimed at Ferguson. McGregor responded saying he only cares about money.
‘I don’t give a f*** I just want your money,’ McGregor wrote. ‘Sauce. Money. Power. If the numbers dip I’ll change. Until then hahahahahaahajajah.’

McGregor has bulked up while nursing his leg injury since UFC 264, although Ferguson has alleged that the Irishman has taken performance enhancing drugs, an accusation McGregor firmly denies.

Not The 1st Time God Punished You. You Like Picking On People And DJ’s? WTF P***y,’ Ferguson tweeted.
Following his latest defeat to Poirier, McGregor is some distance from reclaiming his lightweight title and has been left with few options when he returns to full fitness.
A bout against Ferguson would make sense, with the 37-year-old winless in his last three fights.
